  • Choose a date.  ALL AVAILABLE DATES ARE LISTED on the calendar below.
  • Request a Trip Date.  You will receive a confirmation email.  RMI will process your request.  Once approved, you'll receive an additional email with your next steps, your Trip Registration Fee invoice, and your trip will be added to our calendar and marked as [PENDING]. 
  • Once we receive your $300 Registration Fee, your trip will be marked at [CONFIRMED].
