C3 Partnerships are Different

  • Long-term, to provide time to build a real and meaningful inter-cultural relationship so that US church members are informed and know how to pray for their Haitian Sister Church.
  • Strategic, as your partnership is managed by RMI's Haitian C3 Facilitators, that understand the Haitian culture and the needs of your specific sister church. They'll guide the US church into meaningful assistance.
  • Evangelistic, by meeting real needs, resourcing for ministry, assisting in evangelizing their community, and engaging in church planting efforts in un-reached areas.
  • Relational, your visiting teams will live with your Haitian church and develop Christ-centered relationships.  RMI strives to maintain a 1-3 ratio of translators.
  • Inclusive, the C3 partnership is designed to provide every US church member an opportunity for involvement through short-term ministry teams, Hope for Kidz, church projects, and knowledgeable prayer.
  • Transforming, as RMI's team is purposed to maximize the impact of the US team trip experience by intentionally challenging them to be more Christ-like in evangelism, service, ministry, and giving.
  • Effective, at training and resourcing the Haitian church so they're prepared and encouraged to better reach out into their communities with the love of Christ.
  • Accountable, because RMI provides trained Haitian staff who consistently monitor and report on every on-going program and project.

Description of a C3 Partnership

A C3 Partnership is a long-term, strategic relationship between a US Church and a village church in Haiti.  RMI manages the relationship for the purpose of developing cultural intimacy, purpose, realistic objectives with the ultimate goal of developing stronger Christ followers in the US church as well as the Haitian church.    C3 Partnerships are designed to provide touch points for every member in both churches so everyone has the opportunity for involvement.

Christ has called the Church Body to be engaged with one another - not dependent on one another - not independent of each other - but interdependent with one another. Through a C3 Partnership, your church is “Connected Church to Church” with a church and community in another culture.  RMI mobilizes C3 Partnerships to effectively engage in transforming lives and ministering one-to-another and into their communities as part of Christ’s body.  With RMI as your bridge and facilitator you will be “connected cross-culturally” with the national culture.

What Drives a C3 Partnership

Life Transformation is our ultimate Driver.   Our mission is to see lives transformed not only spiritually but also economically, socially, and physically--to reach the whole man.  To do this, we understand that it is the Gospel that transforms and is the unsurpassed agent of radical life change.  This transformation must happen through the local church as this is God’s chosen instrument of life change.  A C3 Partnership is focused on engaging the local US church with a local national church in a culturally relevant manner to see lives transformed.

RMI's Unique Strategy

RMI's 5 Point Impact Strategy provides you with in-depth involvement with a national church. A C3 Partnership is focused on transforming hearts and lives through:
Evangelism  (yard to yard evangelism, open air meetings, church planting)
Discipleship  (spiritual training, resourcing discipleship programs, teaching)
Social Compassion  (food relief, water filters, medical clinics, repairing homes)
                                        Education
(sponsoring kids schooling, feeding programs, teacher training)
Community Development  (water wells, small business training, agricultural training)

This holistic, comprehensive approach engages a whole church enabling long-term strategic engagement.  RMI is there to help to enable long-term transformation spiritually, socially, economically, and physically both in the national church partner and their community, and have lasting impact on the US church. This strategy will enable a church to become the hands and feet of Jesus in the midst of another culture.

RMI's Boots on the Ground
