Pre-Trip Checklist

- Complete our Trip Registration Form after you’ve considered our available dates on our Trip Calendar page.
- Pay $300 Registration Fee. Once you've completed the form above, you'll receive an invoice via email. Your date is not reserved until RMI has received your Registration Fee. Once received, we'll put your trip on the calendar. You may pay online, or mail a check with your invoice to RMI. As Early as Possible
- Complete your Training Materials Order Form. We will ship your Training Manuals (Free), Devotionals (Free) and other requested resources (We'll invoice you). Learn more. 4 Months Before Trip
- Tell RMI what you would like to accomplish using our Ministry and Project Form. 3 Months Before Trip
- Consider our 4 types of teams, along with other basic info at here.
- As a church/team, consider our Ministry and Project Options (gives the the big picture).
- If you are a current C3 Partner, review your unique Partnership Profile.
- Once we receive your form, RMI will respond with feedback, along with any requested invoices.
- Respond and Confirm via email your project and ministry plans.
- Purchase Tickets. All trips are Friday to Friday (outside of very special circumstances). IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU ARRIVE IN HAITI BETWEEN 10AM and 2PM AND DEPART FROM HAITI AFTER 12PM. If you must arrive outside of these times, it is imperative that you get prior approval from partnerships.haiti@rmibridge.org. Important Notes: If you arrive earlier, you may need to wait several hours to be picked up and we may need to charge you an additional $250. If you arrive later, without approval, there may be an additional cost for an overnight stay in Port-au-Prince and your arrival at your in country destination may be delayed by up to 1 day. Once purchased, you’ll have the opportunity to share your itinerary with RMI in #6 below. 2 Months Before Trip
- Submit Release Forms. Have each team member complete a paper Release Form. Collect, scan as 1 document, and upload here. Once complete, please mail all release forms to: RMI, 5475 Lee St. Suite 301, Lehigh Acres, FL 33971. 1 Month Before Trip
- Complete your Travel and Team Member Information Form. COMPLETION OF THIS FORM BY THE DEADLINE IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT! Although you may start and come back to finish later, you may want your team members to fill out this paper form first so you have all the information in order to complete this form all at once. 1 Month Before Trip
- RMI will purchase major medical and emergency evacuation insurance and send you your ID Cards by email (Coverage Summary).
- Pay Team Member Fee. After you have completed the Travel and Team Member Information Form (#6 above) you will receive your invoice via email. Please pay immediately. You may do so online, or mail a check with your invoice to RMI. 1 Month Before Trip
- Submit your project and ministry funds. You may donate online, or mail a check along with a copy of your invoice to RMI. 1 Month Before Trip
- Important Note: We will not be able to incorporate any project information or donation that is received within 2 weeks of your arrival.
- Register your team with the US Embassy in Haiti. 1 Week Before Trip

- What’s Next? (See your Team Training Manual, Session 6)
- RMI will email team members asking them to Complete our Post Trip Evaluation Form. Please encourage your team to do so.
